The network FRCRnet is organising a late summer course on adaptive optics ophthalmoscopy, that will take place in Paris, on September the 4th and 5th, 2019. The goal of this course is to report on the latest advances of high resolution imaging. Physicists, ophtalmologists and technicians will share their thoughts and experiences in the use and interpretation of AOO.

Ireland to become a member of ECRIN
The Irish Minister for Health, Simon Harris, recently secured Cabinet approval for Ireland to become a member of ECRIN
Mr Harris secured Cabinet approval this week for Ireland to become a member of a European Research Infrastructure Consortium, namely the European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (ECRIN). ECRIN supports the conduct of clinical research across countries in Europe and provides its members with a range of supports and services, including facilitating the preparation and implementation of international trials.
