ECRIN, the European Clinical Research Infrastructure, is launching its 2025 certification campaign for non-commercial clinical data centers. French centers wishing to apply must obtain a letter of support from F-CRIN. The aim of this certification is to recognize facilities that meet the highest standards in academic clinical trial data management.
ECRIN (European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network), a European clinical research infrastructure and partner of F-CRIN, is launching its annual certification campaign for non-commercial clinical data centers (CTUs).
This initiative aims to recognize centers meeting high standards in data management and information systems (IT/DM standards), and to promote harmonization of practices on a European scale.
The campaign is open to centers located in one of the ECRIN member or observer countries, including France.
For French centers, a specificity applies: the application must be supported by a letter from F-CRIN.
The procedure in brief :
- Apply to participate: write to DCC.contact@ecrin.org to receive the link to the automated questionnaire ("Initial Application Questionnaire")
- Submit the application: by September 22, 2025 at 5pm (CEST)
France only: request for F-CRIN letter of support to be sent to contact.fcrin@inserm.fr (copy: sarhan.yaiche@ecrin.org)Audit: must take place within 6 months of dossier validation
- Free of charge: no charge for French CTUs
