1 - Data collection

Some of the personal data stored on our Server is that which you voluntarily provide to us when you fill in online forms. We collect this information in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

2 - Passive collection of personal data

In order to improve navigation on our site, we collect certain data during your visit through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files that are deposited on your device and allow us to collect information to improve your online experience.

The data collected is:

• Your IP address: an IP address is assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider to enable you to access the Internet, the IP identifier changes with each connection and does not allow automatic identification
• The date and time of your visit to the site, as well as the pages you consulted, your computer's operating system and browser software, your path through the site and the duration of your connection.

This data is collected in the form of session information, generated during your visit. They are automatically destroyed at the end of your visit or after 30 minutes of inactivity on your part.

3 - Deontology and use of collected data

The data collected will only be used for the purpose of responding to site visitor requests, fulfilling the functions of messaging programs or notifying visitors of website news and new services, but only if visitors expressly give us their permission. Personal data voluntarily provided on the website are reserved for strictly internal use by the F-CRIN Infrastructure and will under no circumstances be exploited for commercial purposes nor transmitted or transferred to third parties for commercial or prospecting purposes.

4 - Confidentiality of collected data

The F-CRIN Infrastructure has taken measures to ensure the security of collected personal data. This data is stored securely in France to prevent loss, alteration or piracy. Storage systems are accessible only to a restricted number of authorized persons, thus guaranteeing data confidentiality and protection.

5 - Access to your personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to request the deletion or modification of the personal data you have provided to the F-CRIN Infrastructure. If you wish to exercise your rights to information, access, rectification or opposition on legitimate grounds concerning your personal data, please send your request to the F-CRIN Infrastructure's Personal Data Protection Manager by email at contact.fcrin@inserm.fr. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible and in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
